This one is a little heartbreaking. We go all out with the concept and production for these Evening of Excellence marketing materials, and 2020 was no exception. The piece was interactive and meticulously conceived and designed to engage and be kept as a reminder. Along with the beautiful Save the Date, which used multiple layers of metallic ink, the entire campaign was eye-catching and sophisticated. Everything was printed, and bound and ready to go, then…COVID. Every piece that could not be repurposed was never seen by its intended audience. Like Christmas trees that stay on the lot, these never fulfilled their purpose and that’s just sad on so many levels. Still, it’s one of my favorite marketing initiative that we have done for the event, so here it is.
